Boardwalk Wealth Management

Costs and Compensation

Transparency Is Our Priority

As a firm, we strive to keep our fees as straightforward and easy-to-understand as possible because finances can be complex enough. Based on your needs and the services provided, you can learn more about the costs associated below.

Investment Management Services

Our standard advisory fee is based on the market value of the assets under management and is calculated as follows:

Account Value

Annual Advisory Fee

$0 - $2,000,0001.00%
$2,000,001 - $5,000,000
0.75%
$5,000,001 and Above0.50%

Annual fees are negotiable, prorated and paid in arrears on a quarterly basis. The advisory fee is a blended fee and is calculated by assessing the percentage rates using the predefined levels of assets as shown in the above chart resulting in a combined weighted fee.

Ongoing Comprehensive

Financial Planning

Ongoing financial planning consists of an upfront charge of $1,000 - $3,000 (depending on the complexity of your needs) and an ongoing fee that is paid quarterly, in arrears, at the rate of $200 - $2,500 per quarter. This fee may be negotiable in certain circumstances.

This fee includes client onboarding, data gathering and setting the basis for your financial plan.

Employee Benefit

Plan Services

Boardwalk Wealth Management will be compensated for these services according to the value of plan assets, not to exceed 1.00% of total plan assets. This does not include fees to other parties, such as recordkeepers, custodians or third-party administrators.

Fees for this service are either paid directly by the plan sponsor or deducted directly from the plan assets by the custodian on a quarterly basis, and our fee is remitted.

Other Types of

Fees and Expenses

Our fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees and other related costs and expenses which may be incurred. Clients may incur certain charges imposed by custodians, brokers and other third parties such as custodial fees, deferred sales charges, odd-lot differentials, transfer taxes, wire transfer and electronic fund fees, and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities transactions.

Mutual funds and exchange-traded funds also charge internal management fees, which are disclosed in a fund's prospectus. Such charges, fees and commissions are exclusive of and in addition to our fee, and we shall not receive any portion of these commissions, fees and costs. We do not accept compensation for the sale of securities or other investment products including asset-based sales charges or service fees from the sale of mutual funds.
